The box marked "Topics" contains a tree of all science fiction topics that are used to tag the stories. For instance, the story "The Policeman's Daughter" is tagged with the topic "store and restore self". You'll find that topic underneath: sci fi topic « nanotech « nanotech effectivally perfect « duplicate living entity from software « store and restore self.

In 1970, Star Trek TOS apparently had just finished! Captain Picard was nowhere to be seen and tribbles were all the rage. Here is a quote from the first paragraph of the article:
 
"Star Trek" will apparently go down in history as the most-loved of science fictional TV programs. I am not a TV watcher and saw only two programs at friends' homes, but it was easy to see why the program had so many intense partisans.


It's funny how there were "intense partisans" even then. Had the term "trekkies" not yet been coined? Did cosplay yet exist? Where there parties where geek women painted themselves green and men wore pointy ears? If you lived in that era then please let me know!
